What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related topics and new initiatives.
• Organize and lead regular meetings to ensure day-to-day project execution.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Support project management activities including risk identification, mitigation, and change request management.
• Monitor technical and quality compliance while assessing project financial performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field required.
• Must be eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
• Fluency in English is required for daily communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Hands-on mentality and a structured approach to work.
• Interest in financial markets and technology.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with the Kanban framework.
