What you will do
- Lead the implementation of the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including design, integration, and operational readiness.
- Manage OT security projects focusing on Claroty, Trellix, and OT infrastructure remediation.
- Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure, virtualization, and networking.
- Coordinate integration with ServiceNow, CMDB, IAM, and monitoring solutions.
- Establish governance, automation standards, and operational runbooks.
- Oversee project planning, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record leading automation or platform implementation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of servers, virtualization, networking, and identity management.
- Experience managing OT or industrial cybersecurity projects.
- Familiarity with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow, and CMDB.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems and OT environments.
- Experience working in regulated industries, specifically Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences (GxP).
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications.
