What you will do

• Build and maintain project plans to ensure optimal team utilization and impact.
• Partner with Product teams to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-team collaboration and coordinate deliverables from internal and external partners.
• Manage ticket creation and resource scheduling to support the product roadmap.
• Drive process improvements in areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality.
• Facilitate team ceremonies, meetings, and the resolution of production issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU timezone
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Demonstrated experience managing teams within a Scrum framework.
• Experience defining business requirements for software and application development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX design teams.
