What you will do
- Develop the strategic vision and revenue roadmap for 's automotive business opportunities in China.
- Lead complex business negotiations and drive licensing revenue growth with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Manage a team of 3-5 automotive account managers, focusing on talent development and pipeline validation.
- Cultivate long-term, high-value commercial relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into partner products.
- Analyze market trends in software-defined vehicles and connected car ecosystems to shape technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years specifically in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of managing field sales teams and leading global leadership initiatives.
- Deep expertise in licensing sales and a thorough understanding of the automotive supply chain.
- AI fluency, including practical experience with role-specific agent building and multi-agent chains.
- B.A. or B.S. in Economics, Humanities, Engineering, or equivalent (Advanced degree preferred).
