TL;DR
Senior Client Partner (Business Development): Driving advertising revenue growth in China by managing top-tier market leaders and implementing go-to-market strategies with an accent on portfolio strategy and market expansion. Location: Beijing or Shenzhen. Must work in office 4+ days per week (Default Together policy).

What you will do
- Develop and execute overarching commercial strategies and revenue forecasts for top-tier portfolios.
- Identify new growth opportunities and build a robust pipeline of new business within assigned regions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Account Management, Onboarding, and Marketing teams to deliver full-funnel client strategies.
- Advise clients on bespoke campaign optimizations and advanced KPI-driven measurement strategies.
- Manage executive communications regarding strategic initiatives and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign success, including ad rejection escalations and post-campaign reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of owning senior client relationships and influencing commercial strategy.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience working specifically with China export advertisers and international business expansion.
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with category leadership or vertical-level commercial planning.
