What you will do
- Manage licensing and commercial relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales objectives and revenue growth for designated accounts.
- Analyze automotive customer business needs and technical requirements to identify suitable Dolby solutions.
- Gather market intelligence on product roadmaps, competitor information, and emerging automotive entertainment trends.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Represent Dolby at industry events and trade shows to strengthen the company's market presence in China.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or audio/video technology industries.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%–30% of the time.
- Located in or able to work from Beijing or Shenzhen.
Nice to have
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Experience with NEV companies, traditional automotive companies, or DSP software development.
- Interest in premium entertainment experiences, including music, gaming, and film.
