What you will do

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for automotive solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand revenue from existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate, fleet, and key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, volume agreements, and delivery terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and inventory to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing, and industry practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
  • Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable mobility solutions.
