What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for premium merchant partners, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Deliver on revenue targets and drive incremental growth via new product launches and expanded business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to engage and influence key decision-makers within merchant organizations.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive actionable insights.
• Influence product and supply roadmaps to expand and innovate the payment network across digital wallets and A2A transfers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• 7+ years of experience in digital payments or fintech within account management, business development, or sales.
• Proven success in achieving revenue targets and managing end-to-end delivery for enterprise merchants.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across different departments, regions, and time zones.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking & Written).
• Experience in mobile payments, e-commerce, or digital technologies.
