What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value enterprise accounts.
- Build genuine relationships to maximize product adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Use a consultative approach to design holistic solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and Specialists.
- Act as a public champion for the brand within the enterprise domain.
- Strategically manage and build a high-value enterprise sales pipeline.
- Contribute to the overall expansion and growth of the sales team.
Requirements
- Fluency in English AND fluency in one of the following: German, Italian, Polish, or Portuguese.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales targeting enterprise/Tier 1 companies.
- Proven track record of selling financial/banking products or software with experience in slow, large-deal cycles.
- Expertise in interacting with C-suite executives (e.g., CFOs, Heads of Treasury and Finance).
- Ability to master complex topics including payments infrastructure, FX, and merchant acquiring.
- Degree in finance, business, or engineering.

- Previous experience in investment banking or high-growth fintech environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex deal-making.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Availability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
