What you will do
- Execute outbound sales strategies including cold-calling and multi-channel outreach to acquire new business customers.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
- Identify key market verticals and diversify the prospect base to ensure consistent activity levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and activation experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and balance time between prospecting, closing, and account management.
- Communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business through solution-based selling techniques.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore
- Fluency in English
- 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills, particularly over the phone.
- Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing pipelines and CRM administration.
