HyperHug is a mobile gaming company developing Oxide: Survival Island, a multiplayer survival shooter game.


We're looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to own and scale user acquisition, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

💼 What you'll do:
• Build and scale the UA process.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across major performance channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and key metrics.
• Test new channels, hypotheses, and growth opportunities.

🎯 What we're looking for:
• 3+ years of UA experience in mobile games or apps.
• Experience building UA processes from scratch.
• Strong expertise with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, and Unity Ads.
• Experience with the USA and LATAM markets.
• Fluent English (Russian is a strong plus).
