What you will do

• Design and execute the end-to-end creator program, including scouting, onboarding, tiering, and reviews.
• Manage relationships with English-speaking creators and ensure all contractual deliverables are met.
• Prepare and coordinate creator briefs for new events, updates, and feature releases.
• Analyze referral registrations, retention, and audience sentiment to make data-driven partnership decisions.
• Manage daily YouTube community interactions, responding to players and identifying UGC opportunities.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize channel strategy based on community insights.

Requirements

• Experience in community management, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing within the gaming industry.
• Hands-on fluency with YouTube as a platform, including comments, community tabs, and creator workflows.
• Proven ability to manage the full creator lifecycle from outreach to performance review.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communicating with creators and players.
• Talent for writing clearly and concisely in a professional brand voice.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Understanding of midcore, strategy, or live-ops game products.
• Experience with Discord, creator databases, and referral tracking tools.
• Ability to translate user feedback into recurring content formats and community initiatives.
