What you will do

• Generate advertising concepts for video and playable ads and develop hypotheses for scaling.
• Create scripts, storyboards, briefs, and technical specifications for production.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify new creative opportunities.
• Coordinate 3D artists and developers, providing feedback throughout the production cycle.
• Collaborate with the UA team and stakeholders to meet marketing goals.
• Analyze creative performance and propose new testing hypotheses based on insights.

Requirements

• Experience creating scripts and concepts for advertising videos, digital content, film, or TV.
• Understanding of the creative production process and animation fundamentals.
• Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of game mechanics.
• Basic photo and video editing skills and experience working with references.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for creative effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills for articulating ideas and providing constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming marketing and playable ads.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
• Knowledge of the mobile gaming market and current advertising trends.
