TL;DR
Customer Experience Manager (APAC): Overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for the Catalysts division with an accent on order accuracy, backlog management, and regional team leadership. Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan. Candidates must hold Japanese nationality, a valid work visa, or permanent residency. No overseas relocation or visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do
- Own the full Order-to-Cash process, ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and Sales, managing escalations and resolutions.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to meet business and financial targets.
- Influence and coach the GBS regional team through performance dialogues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and maintain process documentation according to SOPs.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Must hold valid work authorization for Japan.
- Basic understanding of Import/Export and financial business context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Nice to have
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Operations.
- Proficiency in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM).
