What you will do
- Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines
- Identify, analyse, and resolve customer issues
- Set up and improve internal complaint procedures
- Maintain accurate and accessible complaint data archives
- Collaborate with Product and Quality Assurance teams for effective resolution
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Japan (Tokyo office or remote)
- Bachelor's degree with provisional certificate
- 18+ months customer service experience
- English and Japanese fluency at C1+ level
- Excellent communication, analytical, IT skills, and attention to detail
- Empathy, self-motivation, and independent problem-solving approach
