TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Microsoft Cloud): Driving the adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure services for a portfolio of customers with an accent on strategic guidance and operational excellence. Focus on building trusted relationships, facilitating onboarding sessions, and maximizing the business value of cloud investments.

Location: Tokyo, Japan. Must have eligibility to work full-time in Japan.

What you will do

  • Drive customer adoption and engagement across Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud services.
  • Build strong customer relationships through onboarding sessions, business reviews, and workshops.
  • Manage an assigned customer portfolio to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and service utilization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying optimization opportunities and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to execute customer success plans.
  • Maintain operational excellence through accurate documentation and service lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work full-time in Japan.
  • Professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
  • English communication skills appropriate to the requirements of the role.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Service Management, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or other enterprise cloud technologies.
  • Experience facilitating customer workshops, onboarding sessions, or business reviews.
