What you will do
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee a portfolio of key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of escalation.
- Analyze product usage data and feedback to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to optimize the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce to report on team performance and metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience in people leadership and managing customer-facing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for activity tracking and forecasting.
