TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success (SaaS): Leading and developing a team of Account Managers to drive customer retention, product adoption, and growth within a B2B SaaS environment. Focus on strategic account management, performance optimization, and fostering a customer-centric culture to ensure high levels of satisfaction and expansion.

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX. Hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve performance targets.
  • Oversee a portfolio of key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of escalation.
  • Analyze product usage data and feedback to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to optimize the customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce to report on team performance and metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in people leadership and managing customer-facing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for activity tracking and forecasting.
