What you will do

  • Provide post-onboarding support to repair shop customers throughout their contract lifecycle.
  • Educate service and repair managers on product functionality and configuration to enhance usage.
  • Establish goals to drive product adoption and provide data-driven coaching on marketing strategies.
  • Respond to incoming customer requests and resolve issues via phone and email.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to track usage, identify trends, and make consultative recommendations.
  • Manage account interactions in the CRM and identify opportunities for product upgrades or upsells.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in building business relationships.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success or Account Manager role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact tasks.
  • Proven ability to foster business relationships and work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Prior experience with SaaS or software products.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global parts ordering systems.
