What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of the PC gaming market, including ecosystems, distribution models, audience segmentation, and monetization patterns
• Own vision and strategy for a new gaming product area, ensuring alignment with hirify.global strengths and customer value
• Lead design and engineering resources to deliver an enjoyable, user-centric product that meets business goals
• Translate strategy into roadmaps and action plans, balancing high-level planning with practical implementation
• Define and own product metrics to evaluate performance, validate strategic decisions, and prioritize the roadmap
• Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and outcomes to cross-functional partners, hirify.global Leadership, employees, and customers

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a successful track record
• 5+ years working in and around the video gaming industry with familiarity with PC/desktop gaming ecosystems, platforms, and audiences
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-disciplined teams with strong people leadership capabilities
• Proven experience building and scaling early-stage products, shaping product based on customer and market insights, finding product-market fit, and driving growth
• Ability to define and own product metrics to prioritize the roadmap and drive confidence in product strategy
• Comfort representing the product externally through thought leadership (e.g., podcasts, conferences, and other platforms)
