Product Manager, Platforms

Product Manager, Platforms (Platforms): Own the strategy, execution, and delivery of audience and revenue-driving initiatives across news and streaming platform experiences with an accent on product discovery, metrics/OKRs, and cross-platform user value. Focus on building roadmaps, defining “done” via user stories, and reducing technical, business, and UX debt using qualitative and quantitative analytics.

Salary: USD 130,000 - USD 160,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of customers, data, business, and industry to guide product decisions.
• Define and advocate product vision, strategy, and business-facing success metrics.
• Build and maintain annual and quarterly roadmaps using KPIs and OKRs; prioritize sprints, features, and enhancements.
• Author use cases and user stories, align on the definition of “done,” and coordinate delivery with cross-functional partners.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce technical, business, and user experience debt.
• Run product discovery experiments and use unbiased qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of digital growth experience, including platform performance, streaming experiences, and technical product management.
• Proven ability to deliver successful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong analytics experience and ability to use user research to drive decisions.
• Strong user experience sensibilities.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, sprints, prioritization, and debt elimination.
• Ability to communicate fluently with business stakeholders, partners, and engineers.
