What you will do

• Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmaps aligned with broader business goals.
• Lead product discovery efforts, translating user needs into testable hypotheses and solutions.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 1-4 product owners to foster operational excellence.
• Collaborate with business, design, engineering, and analytics disciplines to prioritize and deliver product improvements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to ensure products deliver measurable business value.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicting priorities among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience in product management or product ownership.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and process design.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and iterative delivery.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level influence skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Certified Product Manager or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience in people management or supervisory roles.
• Experience with financial management and budget administration for products.
• Background in large-scale organizational initiatives and user interface design best practices.
