Product Team Lead

TL;DR

Product Team Lead (Product Management): Leading a team of Product Managers and driving product strategy across a broad portfolio with an accent on people development, organizational maturity, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on scaling product practices, mentoring PMs, and executing high-priority initiatives in complex environments.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Translate business objectives into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end product execution for key product areas, from discovery through delivery.
• Act as a hands-on Product Manager for complex or high-visibility initiatives to model execution discipline.
• Improve and scale product management practices, including intake, prioritization, and discovery processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Product Management experience owning software, technology, or internal platforms.
• 2–4+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring and team development.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at multiple organizational levels.

• Experience in legal tech or regulated industries.
• Experience building or maturing product functions within an organization.
