Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 (bonus eligible).

What you will do

• Own and execute the product roadmap, aligning business priorities with compliance and user needs.
• Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and system integrations.
• Manage the product backlog, release planning, and prioritization to maximize business impact.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key success metrics to identify system gaps.
• Lead change management efforts, including system updates, testing, and user enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience with Legal Technology, Compliance Systems, or Governance Platforms.
• Strong understanding of entity management, contract lifecycle management, or regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to translate legal and business requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and legal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise platforms like Salesforce or ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or BI tools.
• Knowledge of APIs or scripting (e.g., Python).
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and regulated environments.
