Sr. Director, Product Management (B2B SaaS Marketplace): Own end-to-end growth strategy for Coupa’s Supplier Network & Marketplace, including supplier activation, engagement, monetization, and network liquidity with an accent on marketplace growth loops, monetization models, and enterprise PLG execution. Focus on defining system-level strategy and roadmap while partnering across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver durable revenue and marketplace outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for the Supplier Network, covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across multiple revenue streams.
  • Define and scale network and marketplace growth loops to increase buyer demand, supplier participation, and transaction velocity.
  • Set north star metrics and success frameworks aligned to long-term platform and revenue goals (FY27+).
  • Lead product strategy for supplier monetization (subscriptions, premium visibility, marketplace access, sourcing events, APIs, and future growth surfaces) while protecting buyer trust and marketplace integrity.
  • Drive product-led growth motions across complex enterprise procurement workflows using disciplined experimentation focused on business impact.
  • Lead and grow senior PMs and managers; partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and influence executives with data-backed product judgment.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of product management experience with senior leadership ownership of growth, monetization, or marketplace products.
  • Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms, networks, or two-sided marketplaces.
  • Track record of driving revenue and adoption outcomes (not only engagement metrics).
  • Experience operating effectively in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong marketplace intuition and comfort using data to guide decisions while staying grounded in user needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to align executives, product teams, and GTM partners.
