Salary: $120,200 - $180,300 CAD

What you will do
- Own the product vision and strategy for enterprise systems, aligning platform capabilities with operational objectives.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements for process efficiency and data quality.
- Design and optimize system configurations, automation rules, and workflow logic within Salesforce CRM.
- Manage integrations across the enterprise technology stack, including CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure system effectiveness, adoption, and platform health.
- Drive change management initiatives, including end-user training and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or IT/Operations.
- Deep experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, administration, and platform integrations.
- Proven ability to design and manage business process workflows and data models.
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash or Quote-to-Fulfillment platform ownership.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, discounting models, and deal-desk processes.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau.
