Location: Grand Toronto Area (East Coast)

Salary: $120,200 - $180,300 CAD

What you will do

  • Own the product vision and strategy for enterprise systems, aligning platform capabilities with operational objectives.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements for process efficiency and data quality.
  • Design and optimize system configurations, automation rules, and workflow logic within Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage integrations across the enterprise technology stack, including CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure system effectiveness, adoption, and platform health.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including end-user training and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or IT/Operations.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, administration, and platform integrations.
  • Proven ability to design and manage business process workflows and data models.
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash or Quote-to-Fulfillment platform ownership.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, discounting models, and deal-desk processes.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau.
