TL;DR

Product Owner II (Salesforce): Leading the execution, enhancements, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to support educational inclusion for immigrants and refugees with an accent on platform stabilization and roadmap delivery. Focus on managing the product backlog, translating business needs into user stories, and driving high-quality execution within an Agile framework.

Location: Remote - Must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia or be willing to relocate to Canada

Salary: $68K - $93K CAD

What you will do

  • Serve as the dedicated Product Owner for Salesforce Solutions, accountable for platform enhancements and feature delivery.
  • Own and prioritize the Salesforce backlog to maximize business value and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with Salesforce delivery teams, including developers, admins, QA, and architects, to drive high-quality execution.
  • Support the stabilization phase following recent launches, addressing defects and user feedback quickly.
  • Gather and translate business needs from stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service, and Operations into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Delivery, or Business Systems roles.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering and managing Salesforce solutions.
  • Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflow automation (Flows), and APIs.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to BC, AB, MB, SK, ON, or NS, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience working in post-launch stabilization environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise governance and CRM operating models.
