TL;DR
Product Owner (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Managing the delivery pipeline for Enterprise Applications including Power Platform and Dynamics 365 with an accent on stakeholder management and backlog prioritization. Focus on translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and optimizing the flow of work using Azure DevOps.
Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK) — Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Manchester office two days per week, including Thursday

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the delivery backlog for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse applications.
- Act as the primary focal point between business stakeholders and the internal technology delivery team.
- Lead agile routines including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery flow.
- Develop and monitor KPI metrics reflecting service performance, customer satisfaction, and benefit realization.
- Manage product roadmaps and negotiate dependencies across multiple technical products and 3rd party suppliers.
- Support alignment with security and regulatory standards such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, or similar role within a technology or software environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Manchester.
- Proven track record of translating business strategic aims into a prioritized technical delivery pipeline.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic understanding of Agile principles and experience using Azure DevOps for tracking work.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Dataverse.
- Certification in PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL.
