What you will do

• Drive accountability for operational results including safety, quality, delivery, cost, cash, and project margin across complex engineered programs.
• Develop and implement business strategy and operating plans translating growth objectives into operational roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, sales, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to ensure integrated operational excellence.
• Establish procurement, production, and project execution practices supporting engineer-to-order variability and customer-specific requirements.
• Coach and develop operations leadership to build accountability and succession strength in a project-led manufacturing environment.
• Leverage lean methodologies, digital tools, and automation to improve productivity, lead time, and cost competitiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years manufacturing/operations experience with 7+ years in management, preferably in engineer-to-order or mission-critical electrical infrastructure environments.
• Strong mastery of operations including engineering, supply chain, project management, quality, and commercial interfaces.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or Operations Management certifications desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and P&L management skills.
