What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations and build internal systems, processes, and workflows.
• Manage legal, finance, compliance, and administrative operations.
• Coordinate deal flow, due diligence, and investment execution, including SPV setup and closing.
• Oversee portfolio onboarding, founder engagement, and strategic support programs.
• Lead the execution and growth of the hirify.global Fellowship and Studio operations.
• Support LP communications, investor updates, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience in venture capital, startups, private equity, consulting, or operations leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of startup ecosystems and venture investing.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
