What you will do

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute company strategy and organizational goals.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive accountability across strategic initiatives and company-wide projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop executive dashboards, track KPIs, and improve internal operating procedures.
• Prepare executive briefings, board meeting materials, and investor updates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or management consulting roles.
• Proven success working directly with CEOs or executive leadership teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong business acumen with an execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Must be available during U.S. Business Hours.
