What you will do

• Lead and develop the regional Commercial Operation team, including Commercial, S&OP, and Customer Care teams.
• Translate global commercial strategy into regional execution, driving price, volume, and portfolio decisions to grow market share.
• Coordinate regional demand and supply through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure high service levels and supply reliability.
• Serve as the end-to-end owner of premix strategy, business steering, and process improvements.
• Embed customer feedback loops into operational decision-making and ensure holistic resolution of customer issues.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Customer Service to prevent siloed execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in an international B2B environment specifically in commercial operations (Customer Service, Demand Planning, Pricing).
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams.
• Deep knowledge of trends within the health and nutrition market.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
