What you will do

• Mentor and supervise Program Directors to ensure operational excellence and goal achievement.
• Manage treatment center operations, including staffing, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement training programs to maintain high standards of care and safety.
• Drive growth initiatives and coordinate marketing and outreach efforts.
• Monitor performance metrics and address operational issues promptly.
• Oversee hiring, termination, and payroll activities for the regional team.

Requirements

• Significant management experience in substance abuse treatment services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in operations, compliance, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Strong P&L acumen and strategic mindset.
• Advanced computer skills and effective communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in upfront admissions and revenue cycle management.
• Deep knowledge of drug abuse trends and Opioid Maintenance Treatment.
