Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 USD base per annum

What you will do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Patient Access Liaisons (PALs) acting as a player/coach.
- Partner with treatment sites to operationalize access through education on coverage, coding, billing, and REMS requirements.
- Serve as a regional expert in medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, navigating pharmacy and medical benefit pathways.
- Translate field insights and payer trends into actionable feedback to improve access pathways at scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in field reimbursement or patient access within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven experience building and leading regional field access teams.
- Deep understanding of buy-and-bill, site-of-care dynamics, prior authorization, and payer processes.
- Must have legal employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Experience leading in mental health or neuroscience domains.
- Experience supporting complex therapies (specialty, infusion, or REMS products).
