What you will do

• Define and execute the DTC partner outreach strategy, including target segments and priority partners.
• Manage senior and executive-level relationships with key enterprise targets.
• Lead and coach the DTC Partner Operations team to ensure effective execution.
• Represent the partnerships function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, Content, Product, and Legal.
• Establish operational standards, frameworks, and reporting systems to track portfolio health.
• Drive alignment on decisions requiring senior-level intervention and contribute to overall DTC business planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or partner operations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of owning senior and enterprise-level external relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and experience building operational systems for a partnerships function.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
