What you will do

• Define and uphold high design standards to ensure intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product teams to identify user problems and create lean, innovative solutions.
• Champion usability testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop design and product visions aligned with marketplace goals.
• Mentor fellow designers and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland with full working rights or willing to relocate.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative solutions and impact on metrics.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of design systems, design thinking, and research methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
