Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for a global financial super app with an accent on user-centered experiences and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on iterating designs based on research insights and shipping impactful features within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or be able to relocate to Poland, Portugal, UAE, or the UK. Required to attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: PLN 9,500 gross monthly (for Poland); other locations discussed during interview.

What you will do

• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address customer needs
• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Iterate on designs based on research insights to improve user experience
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to ship impactful features
• Present design proposals and findings to stakeholders
• Manage project tasks and provide updates to global teams

Requirements

• Penultimate year student of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, graduating in 2028
• Predicted first-class degree or equivalent grade
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Full-time availability for summer 2027
• Ability to work hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office) in the country of employment
