TL;DR

Product Designer (SaaS): Designing and owning end-to-end UX for an Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform with an accent on CRM, CDP, and loyalty systems. Focus on building scalable design processes, integrating AI into the design workflow, and maintaining a consistent design system.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Dublin, Ireland (office attendance 2 days a week)

Salary: 50,000 € per year

An Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform serving over 200 clients across iGaming, sports betting, and financial services.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX design across CRM, CDP, Governance, Gamify, and Loyalty pillars.
• Lead the full design cycle from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system and component library across the platform.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform product direction.
• Establish scalable design processes by integrating AI tools for research synthesis and prototyping.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering leads to ensure feasibility and implementation quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex platform products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from research to shipped product.
• Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven products (e.g., martech or fintech).
• Ability to work autonomously as the sole design resource.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI tools within the design process.
• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (hybrid, 2 days/week in office)
