What you will do

• Design complex internal platforms for global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows.
• Architect large-scale systems, mapping end-to-end behaviors, states, and interactions across multi-step processes.
• Build scalable UI/UX patterns for internal tools, balancing speed, usability, and technical constraints.
• Translate ambiguous, fragmented, or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic.
• Identify and redesign internal process bottlenecks to improve overall scale and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing in-house products, ideally internal tools or platform experiences.
• Portfolio showcasing examples of complex product or systems design work.
• Strong design skills across web platforms and knowledge of typography and grids.
• Ability to think strategically about product and articulate design decisions.
• Understanding of technical implications in design, including backend-driven workflows.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, including complex states, tables, and dense workflows.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Programming skills and the ability to code simple prototypes.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms.
