What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement AI-first technology solutions for provider performance and clinical quality.
• Transform clinical policies, SOPs, and resources into interactive, automated tools.
• Design scalable operational workflows to reduce manual work and improve provider efficiency.
• Develop reporting standards for compliance and quality of care, including accreditation readiness (NCQA, CARF).
• Serve as a strategic leader in Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) prevention.
• Drive systems integrations to monitor and improve care delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist with 7+ years post-licensure experience.
• 4+ years of experience in clinical quality, clinical operations, or healthcare strategic program management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, healthcare quality, and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to leverage generative AI for operational improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with Product, Data, or Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow platforms like ZenDesk or SalesForce.
• Understanding of healthcare accreditation standards such as Knox-Keene.
