What you will do

• Support commercial teams by resolving complex questions regarding healthcare datasets and their nuanced limitations.
• Collaborate with engineering to build the AI data context layer and evaluation frameworks.
• Drive the design of evals to measure and improve agent quality.
• Identify and develop tooling to enhance data explainability within the products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with healthcare data products.
• 2+ years in roles involving customer-facing interactions.
• Proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel analysis skills.
• Experience in technical writing, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have an eligible work permit in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with product development teams.
• Background in AI evals and establishing agentic quality frameworks.
