What you will do

• Develop and execute an end-to-end AI operations strategy for contact center interactions.
• Identify and size AI opportunities to improve customer experience, cost, and quality.
• Evaluate AI vendors and build business cases for new automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement AI solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks to maintain and continuously improve AI use cases.
• Drive results and hold cross-functional teams accountable without formal authority.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of operations leadership, specifically in contact center or customer operations
• Proven track record of driving results through cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
• Strong foundation in strategy development and data-driven problem solving
• Ability to own an agenda and earn executive trust without a pre-existing playbook

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or overseeing AI or automation tools in an operations context
• Background in financial services or consumer-facing products
