Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical workflows and AI-enabled tools to guide stakeholders and end users.
• Design, test, and validate technical and clinical workflows to ensure AI solutions are ready for deployment.
• Build and optimize scalable processes for clinical AI programs while monitoring performance and utilization.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, data science, operations, and external clients.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including resource allocation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate complex clinical needs into technical requirements to drive continuous solution improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting radiology or related clinical workflows and technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex clinical or technical projects.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-project portfolios using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge clinical and technical domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or technology-related field.
