TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Poland or Romania

Salary: PLN 6,900 - PLN 7,300 gross monthly (for Poland)

What you will do

  • Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues.
  • Set up and improve internal complaint-handling procedures.
  • Maintain a central archive of data with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Quality Assurance teams for effective resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 18+ months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English (C1+ level).
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1+ level).
  • Must be based in Poland or Romania.
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and IT skills.

Nice to have

  • Investigative experience.
  • Background in retail customer service or insurance.
