What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone.
• Manage daily account intake, including business scrubs and strict data validation.
• Maintain data integrity within CRM and internal tracking systems through precise file operations.
• Support collection staff by processing settlement offers and logging account notations.
• Prepare routine status updates and audit reports while ensuring adherence to FDCPA regulations.
• Assist with ad-hoc internal projects, client onboarding, and skip-tracing activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 1–3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience.
• Strong organizational habits and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets.
• Ability to maintain consistency and accuracy under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to maintain a professional, secure work environment.
