What you will do

  • Set up and maintain new and existing customer accounts in internal systems.
  • Process requests from customers, partners, and third parties according to SLAs.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with security policies.
  • Verify the accuracy of documentation and follow up on incomplete information.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales department to support client needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, Polish, and English (business proficiency).
  • Strong organizational and conceptual skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
