What you will do
- Onboard enterprise customers to the SaaS solution and lead setup and integration projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support and helpdesk troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on best practices to maximize the value and utility of the software.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality results within budget.
- Collect customer feedback and identify needs for continuous product improvement.
- Support business development efforts with key industry partners such as SAP and bpc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and software integration projects.
- Proven track record of supporting customers or driving technical sales in a software environment.
- Fluency in English and German is a strict requirement.
- Must be based in the EU (specifically Austria, Italy, Poland, or Spain).
- Strong interest in digitalization, sustainability, and the energy market.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of renewable energies.
- Fluency in additional languages.
