Salary: Poland: PLN 6,900 - 7,300 gross monthly

What you will do
- Provide outstanding support to UK customers via in-app live chat and phone calls.
- Ensure customers feel secure while utilizing product features.
- Represent the brand consistently in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with international team members to resolve customer disruptions.
Requirements
- English: C1 level or higher required.
- Experience: 3+ years of call support experience in English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (provisional certificate acceptable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues simply.
- Analytical, IT, and writing skills with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.

- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or sales.
