What you will do
- Develop and manage project workflows to ensure the successful execution of client programs.
- Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account leaders to provide visibility into timelines and resource needs.
- Oversee medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes and maintain project documentation.
- Manage financial tracking, invoicing, and budget monitoring activities.
- Serve as the primary client contact for operational discussions and status updates.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business (medical communications, healthcare advertising, etc.).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
- Knowledge of scientific publication planning and Datavision.
- Experience with vendor management, meeting logistics, or event planning.
- Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior project management professionals.
