What you will do

• Develop and manage project workflows to ensure the successful execution of client programs.
• Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account leaders to provide visibility into timelines and resource needs.
• Oversee medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes and maintain project documentation.
• Manage financial tracking, invoicing, and budget monitoring activities.
• Serve as the primary client contact for operational discussions and status updates.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business (medical communications, healthcare advertising, etc.).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
• Knowledge of scientific publication planning and Datavision.
• Experience with vendor management, meeting logistics, or event planning.
• Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior project management professionals.
