What you will do

• Lead delivery of multi-workstream professional services engagements, ensuring measurable customer outcomes and business value realization across the program lifecycle.
• Build relationships with executive, program/project, engineering/development, and security stakeholders.
• Define and apply a delivery methodology grounded in agile and project management best practices; communicate it clearly and keep teams aligned on milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Create and continuously communicate program roadmaps, deliverables, and success criteria; manage approvals for major milestones and decisions.
• Develop program strategy (scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, in-scope/out-of-scope) and establish program structures (RACI, work breakdown structures, communication plans, escalation paths).
• Manage revenue forecasts and change management activities, including adoption plans and sustaining outcomes delivered.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple interdependent projects, stakeholders, and timelines—ideally in external, billable professional services/consultancy environments.
• Strong program planning, forecasting, reporting, and ability to communicate delivery metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and manage long-term budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Working knowledge of agile and other project management approaches, with judgment to tailor structure to customer needs.
• Comfort leading program-level meetings and driving progress across multiple workstreams.
• Top Secret Security Clearance is a plus (not required).

Nice to have

• PMI certification(s) or similar industry certifications.
• Domain familiarity with data migrations, software implementations, IT application modernization/transformation, or end-user training programs; DevOps tooling/platform experience is a plus.
• Ability to complete the hirify.global Project Management certification within 2 months of starting.
