What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide peer-to-peer education and speaker program strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and standardized SOPs to support scalable execution across all business units.
• Oversee the end-to-end speaker lifecycle, including nomination, vetting, onboarding, contracting, and performance management.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments.
• Design and implement operational workflows to streamline program requests, event execution, and reimbursement.
• Define and track KPIs through dashboards to provide visibility into program activity and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in speaker bureau management, HCP engagement, or commercial operations within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience developing scalable program infrastructure and governance models.
• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and HCP contracting practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) for program tracking and analytics.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience transforming speaker program operations from externally supported to internally managed models.
